Giving back to God out of a thankful heart is one of the best ways to experience joy. The subject of giving is repeated over and over through-out God's Word. This means giving is important to God. He desires for us to be good stewards of our time, talents and our finances. He wants to pour out His blessings on us through our obedience to Him. There is several ways He could do that like double our time, exalt our talents or increase our finances. He tells us through the Prophet Malachi from the Bible to test Him and see what He will do!!
“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be food in My house,
And try Me now in this,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.”
